After an influential TikToker made a video criticizing SingleLife users for taking photos with no one else in them, one user clapped back, calling the take “truly bitchy.”

In their video, user @notab111 shared a response to the idea that being single means someone is not hard working or productive.

“Finally alone after a long day of getting hit on that I’ll have to go back to five times this week,” a text overlay reads. “This influencer is on her eighth boyfriend this year.”

This segues into a clip from a TikTok originally posted by influencer @easyamy, where she criticizes users of the photo-sharing app SingleLife, asking if any of its users have plans to find a spouse because she has seen many users alone when they take their photos.

“There is an alarming amount of people ever time that SingleLife goes off that are just alone with the shades drawn and it makes me feel so good about myself,” @easyamy says in the video. “I’m like, why are you alone? Seems like nobody wants to date these days. Get your fucking ass up and date.”

Some viewers criticized @easyamy for her take on being single.

“I first found her account where she was doing back-to-back boyfriends,” one commenter wrote. “Like she’s entertaining but I wouldn’t say she’s wife material.”

“She is so out of touch and each time she tried to explain herself it just further proves it,” another commenter wrote.
