Kathleen Kennedy strikes again!

The Madame Web trailer dropped today and it proves that Marvel movies are not safe from Kathleen Kennedy’s vengeful creative input. Sony Pictures Entertainment could only get approval for the film as long as they obeyed Kathleen Kennedy’s “put a chick in it and make her lame,” rule.

Madame Web is about a paramedic who develops the psychic ability to see into the future after falling into the Hudson River while saving someone from a car accident on the Brooklyn Bridge.

The trailer features Dakota Johnson as Cassandra Webb, defending her co-stars Sydney Sweeney, Celeste O’Conner, and Isabela Merced from an evil man seemingly wants to kill them before they become supervillains. The evil man is dressed in a combination of Spider-Man’s and Miles Morales’ suits, but he isn’t Spider-Man.

Cringe-worthy one liners throughout the Madame Web trailer ought to predict the ultimate box-office decision when the movie comes out on February 14, 2024. “Sony can develop Spider-Man movies as long as no straight white males go to see it,” said Kathleen Kennedy.

Kathleen Kennedy’s unabated destruction of familiar Disney movies now seeps into the Spider-Man universe as seen in the Madame Web trailer.
